Our parent company, Monster Industries, has been operating in the construction industry for over 15 years. We saw the growing demand for fabric structures and believed that it was time for a full-service supplier that could offer seamless services from design to installation.

Our suppliers offer some of the largest product series in the fabric structure industry. They offer custom-engineered fabric structures as small as 16′ wide to as large as 250’ wide and for any length. They also offer and encourage custom projects to suit your specific needs.

INSTALLATION

Fabric structures are significant investments for any industry — however, they cannot fulfill their purposes until they have been properly assembled. All fabric building installations must be performed by experienced professionals to ensure optimal safety and efficiency. Fabric building construction is faster than traditional wood and steel construction. At Calhoun Super Structure, our durable, long-lasting solutions provide users with fast assembly, minimal maintenance, affordable transport and enhanced energy efficiency.

CONSTRUCTION

During the construction process, we’re on your worksite to experience the outside elements for ourselves. Before our job is done, our focus is to ensure those elements are not going to hamper the success of your operation. By expertly constructing your building, we aim to keep all the planning and fabrication that came before this stage in alignment with your overall project needs.

We know that even the highest quality buildings aren't a good investment without being backed by experienced, reliable construction teams. You can count on us having knowledgeable and professional construction crews on site, delivering your final product.

FABRIC REPAIR

Monster Structures’ professional installation crews can provide you with all necessary fabric structure replacement components including the replacement fabric itself. Depending on the complexity of the replacement, and the type of fabric cover system, we will either visit your site or assist you with replacement.

For larger fabric structure recover, we will send an on-site crew. For most smaller replacements or repairs, you may be able to complete yourself with our assistance. We will ask for measurements and photos to begin the assessment.

MAINTENANCE

Extend the life of your covered structure with regular Maintenance. We know that even the highest quality buildings aren't a good investment without being backed by experienced, reliable construction teams. You can count on us having knowledgeable and professional construction crews on site, maintaining the life of your investment.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Building projects can be complicated, but yours doesn’t have to be. Our Project Management Team provides professional guidance, planning, and support to bring together all the picky details to orchestrate your project’s design, engineering, manufacturing, and construction.

Our project managers and technical representatives are proud to serve with passion, working closely with you to evaluate your requirements and take care of all details - everything from detailed scheduling throughout construction and securing building permits to sourcing and managing third-party subcontractors and suppliers.

Over the years, we have provided building solutions to some of the most safety-conscious and quality-minded organizations around the region. Our work on those projects means that we are focused on making sure your project has every i dotted and every t crossed.

  • Job Hazard Assessments (JHAs)

  • Safe Work Procedures

  • Mill Test Reports (MTRs)

  • Activity hazard Assessment (AHA)

  • Turnover Packages.
